What to expect in the Amazon Prime Day 2019 Garmin sales

Garmin Prime Day 2019 deals: What to expect from the sale

The easiest way to predict what will appear from Garmin in this year's Prime Day is to take a trip down memory lane.

Last year's Prime Day, and Black Friday, give a strong indication of what will likely go on sale. We're constantly keeping an eye out on Garmin discounts year round, too.

For example, the Garmin Fenix 5 range is a strong candidate to see a big discount. The Fenix 5X Sapphire dropped to $599 last year, a saving of $50, and the Fenix 5 dropped down to £349.99 in the UK for the first time.

In the case of the Fenix 5, it's since dropped relatively consistently to that price, so we suspect it'll get a big discount in the UK. In fact, John Lewis is currently selling it for £299 if you don't fancy waiting it out. Amazon will have to beat this price.

For Prime Day 2018, the Garmin Vivoactive 3 dropped by $70 to $229. Considering you can currently bag the Vivoactive 3 for $187, this popular sports watch might finally hit sub-$150, making it an absolute bargain.

Other models likely to appear on sale include the Garmin Vivosport and new models like the Garmin Forerunner 945. The latter replaces the Garmin Forerunner 935 that featured prominently on sale last year, so we suspect the Forerunner 935 will also get some steep savings in order to clear older stock.

There's not going to be any shortage of Garmin Prime Day deals if you're looking to pick up a sports watch or fitness tracker.

Keep this page bookmarked for the big day if you don't want to miss out on all of the Garmin bargains.
