What to expect in the Amazon Prime Day 2019 Fitbit sales

WareableHow to grab a Fitbit Prime Day deal

We were here picking out the best Fitbit deals from Amazon Prime Day 2018, as well as keeping an eye on prices year round, so we can make some educated predictions about what will appear this year and what deals we can expect.

Take the Fitbit Ionic. Fitbit's first smartwatch was $50 off last year, taking it down to $249 for Prime Day 2018. We've regularly seen the Fitbit Ionic drop as low as $199 in the months since then, so Amazon will likely pull something big out the bag and beat its Black Friday low price.

The Fitbit Alta HR was one of the best discounts of last year's Prime Day. We saw it on sale for just $89.95, a saving of $65. Now, the Fitbit Alta HR has been replaced by the more budget-friendly Fitbit Inspire HR, which has a retail price of $99.95.

We reckon the Inspire HR might drop as low as $60 this year. Amazon will be wanting to clear the last of its Alta HR stock, so it could potentially be had for a ridiculously low price, too.

The other big discount was the Fitbit Charge 2, which was down $30 to $119.95. Like the Alta HR, a new model has been released in the following months in the form of the Fitbit Charge 3.

We've seen the Fitbit Charge 3 being sold for as low as $109 this year (albeit on the rare occasion rather fleetingly), so we think Amazon will have to at the minimum match this price if not drop below $100 for the first time. That's a fantastic price for an excellent fitness tracker.

Needless to say, there is bound to be plenty of Fitbit deals this Prime Day 2019, so be sure to come back to this page as we'll be listing the very best for both Amazon US and Amazon UK.
