Polar has teased the arrival of a new sports watch, posting the details of a virtual live event that will take place on 9 November.

As seen on Polar's official website, as well as the 15-second post on YouTube below, the Finnish brand has so far only provided a very thin taste of what we can expect.

The tagline 'Find Your Rhythm' is used on both posts, accompanied by various people taking part in some yoga.

In itself, this obviously tells us nothing, despite the fact that a watch can be seen on the wrists of those in the video.

However, given what we know about the company's launch cycle, it's likely that this turns out to be the launch event and announcement for the Polar Ignite 3.

A quick search around Reddit does also show, surprisingly, that the source code of Polar's Brazil website references an Ignite 3.

The line has been in flux this year, though, with the introduction of the Polar Pacer and Polar Pacer Pro, so, as ever, it's also possible that this turns out to be a red herring.

In such a case, the launch event could center around the arrival of a potential Polar Vantage V3, given that the Vantage V2 launched way back in 2020. Or, perhaps, it could be for something completely unknown.

Either way, we'll only know for sure on 9 November. The stream will be available to view through the link above from 08:00 EST / 13:00 GMT / 14:00 CET, and we'll make sure to round up all the key details once we have them.
