According to Samsung's Twitter account, the service is delayed
It looks like Samsung Pay won’t roll out for the Samsung Gear S2 until 2016. That means that owners of the Tizen smartwatch won’t be paying with their wrists for a while yet.
Announced in March, the service launched on the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge smartphones in November but it still hasn’t made it to the NFC Gear S2 as promised. Now, via the Samsung US Twitter account, we have confirmation that Samsung Pay is delayed from a November release to 2016. We don’t have an exact rollout date or even a month yet.

Back when we started testing the Gear S2 in November, we asked Samsung’s reps about the UK launch and received this response: “Samsung Pay is not live in the UK yet, we cannot confirm a date at this stage.”
Wearable payments are set to really take off in 2016, think of it as this year’s contactless on cards and iPhones. But the delay will annoy Gear S2 owners who may have been swayed by the Samsung Pay announcements considering the gamble on Tizen apps.
Apple Pay is already live for the Apple Watch in the US and UK, Ringly has teamed up with Mastercard and Barclaycard has also been experimenting with high street collaborations with its bPay x Topshop range.
