At Amazon.com it’s the 40mm watch has been slashed to just $161.49, 46% down on its $299 MSRP. And the 44mm gets a 48% drop to $169. That’s the cheapest it’s ever been – having spent most of the year at $229.
What’s more the Galaxy Watch 6 also gets the latest Wear OS 5 update, so you get all the juicy features anyway.
And it features all the same health metrics, including blood pressure (calibrated by a cuff) and ECG (both of these need a Samsung smartphone).
What are the downsides? Well, battery life is the major downside of the Galaxy Watch 6, and it will last a single day between charges.
And it’s important to remember that the Galaxy Watch 6 works with Android smartphones only. You don’t need a Samsung one to use it, but some features do require a Samsung handset.
But a Galaxy Watch 6 at this price represents excellent value.
