The updated $599 AR glasses refine the One Pro platform with brighter visuals, AI HDR, dedicated display modes, and improved ergonomics
Xreal has officially launched the Xreal 1 Pro+, an updated version of its One Pro smart display glasses that feature brighter visuals, improved spatial processing, and enhanced comfort for extended wear.
Priced at $599, the XREAL 1 Pro+ builds on the core hardware of the 2025 original, retaining the brand's proprietary X1 spatial computing chip, native 3-degrees-of-freedom (3DoF) spatial anchoring, and a wide 57-degree field of view.
The most notable display upgrade is a bump to 1,200 nits of peak brightness, paired with AI HDR processing that dynamically enhances contrast and color vibrancy across supported video content.
To give users more control over visual presentation, XREAL has also added three dedicated viewing presets: Standard, Movie, and Reading.
Smoother 2D-to-3D conversion and higher framerates
For spatial content, the company has upgraded its real-time 2D-to-3D conversion engine from 30Hz to 60Hz.
Doubling the framerate provides significantly smoother motion and eliminates stutter when adding artificial depth to traditional flat video sources, regardless of whether the glasses are connected to a smartphone, laptop, or gaming console.
In response to feedback from long-duration users, the Xreal 1 Pro+ features a redesigned ergonomic nose pad system.
The new pad design improves weight distribution and frame stability across various face shapes, preventing slippage while helping users maintain a consistent optical alignment and a full, unclipped field of view.
The 1 Pro+ is available globally starting today, with Xreal noting that retail distribution will begin over the coming weeks.
