TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WAREABLE READERS' CHOICE AWARDS 2026

  1. About the Awards

The Wareable Readers' Choice Awards 2026 (the “Awards”) are audience-voted awards presented by adtech lt, UAB, a company registered under company code 305084400, with its registered address at Vokiečių St. 26, LT-01130, Vilnius, Lithuania (the “Award Organizer”), across the Award categories, set forth in Section 2 of these Award Terms and Conditions.

For each Award category, the Award Organizer’s editorial team (the “Editorial Team”) has selected the products/services eligible for consideration and voting by readers. The selection is based on the following criteria (note: to be shortlisted, a product/service must meet at least two of the following criteria):

Availability: the product/service is available to consumers at the time of voting and has been launched or meaningfully updated within the last 12–18 months.

Relevance: the product/service has drawn significant attention from our readers.

Editorial coverage: the product/service has been reviewed, tested or covered by the Editorial Team on https://www.wareable.com/.

Quality and innovation: the product/service offers strong performance, useful features or a notable new development in its category.

The Awards do not represent an exhaustive list of products/services in any category and include only those selected by the Editorial Team based on the criteria set out above and its independent editorial assessment. Inclusion in the shortlist for reader voting does not constitute or imply an endorsement, approval, recommendation, or affiliation by the Award Organizer or its Editorial Team. Conversely, the absence of a product/service from an Award category does not constitute a judgment by the Award Organizer or its Editorial Team about the quality, value, performance, or other similar characteristics of that product/service. Each Award category has a limited number of available spots.

Award categories and the products/services eligible for reader voting are available at link. Award Organizer reserves the right to add, remove, merge, or rename Award categories at any time.

  1. Voting

Readers may vote for the products/services selected by the Editorial Team during the voting period beginning on October 19, 2026, and ending on November 01, 2026 (EET).

Only votes submitted manually by individuals will be counted. The use of bots, automated systems, or other automated or fraudulent methods to submit votes is strictly prohibited. The Award Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify any votes that it reasonably believes were not submitted by a human voter or were otherwise manipulated.

The winner and honorees (second and third place recipients in each category) of each Award category will be determined solely based on the number of valid votes submitted by readers.

The winners and honorees will be announced on November 5, 2026 (EET).

  1. Award Winner and Honoree Badges

The Award winner and honoree badges are the intellectual property of the Award Organizer. Award winners and honorees who wish to use the Award’s winner or honoree badges may obtain a license to use the applicable badge, subject to the Award Organizer’s licensing terms.   1. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Award Organizer and its Editorial Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses, damages, or claims arising out of or in connection with the Awards, the voting process, or any related activity. This includes, without limitation, any technical failures, interruptions, delays, or other issues affecting the voting process or the submission, receipt, or counting of votes.

  1. Amendments

The Award Organizer reserves the right to amend these Award Terms and Conditions at any time where necessary to ensure the fair and effective administration of the Awards.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Awards Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Award Organizer is established. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Awards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
