A Fitbit is one of the best fitness tracker and smartwatch choices you can make, and whether you choose a Charge, Versa or Inspire, they're pretty good-looking devices too.

But there’s one area that could always do with some styling up, and that’s the strap. Maybe you’re a fan of the plain black bands that come in the box, but they’re still not ideal for every situation.

Our lives may be more straitened than they were, but we still dress smarter for Zoom meetings with the boss, casually for a distanced drink with friends, and need something a bit more sweat-resistant for that jog around the local park.

Fortunately, it’s easy to switch out the straps for something more fashionable/suitable – here’s our run down of the great selection from StrapsCo.

All of these styles are available for the Fitbit Charge 3 and 4, Inspire, Versa and Versa 2, so no matter your model, you can switch up your look.

Sporty silicone

When you’re working up a sweat, you want a strap that works with you, not against you – and this perforated silicone model is just the thing.

The flexible rubber stays comfy as you work out, and the ventilation holes mean optimum breathability, perfect for letting sweat evaporate.

And unlike leather or fabric, the silicone won’t be damaged by moisture, no matter how worked up you get.

The Charge strap features diamond holes for a stylish look that co-ordinates perfectly with the models’ angular feel, while the Inspire chooses a simple pin and tuck closure plus a colorful two-tone effect on the inside of the strap and holes.

They’re all available in a range of colors to mix and match with your best workout gear – that mint green Versa strap is just the thing to set off our new running shoes…

Stainless Steel Mesh

If you want to look ultra-smart – and fashionable with it – at your next business meeting, the metal mesh strap is a classic that’s guaranteed to impress.

It comes in a selection of colors for each Fitbit model, so it’s easy to match to your personal style or favorite outfit. Silver of course is a timeless look that will go with every suit and look smart for any occasion, but how about a striking purple band for your Inspire?

Or for women, the champagne and rose gold Versa shades look professional and stylish, while those after a more monochrome look might prefer the plain black bands for the Charge and Inspire.

All of the straps feature a secure clasp that’s easy to adjust to any size, and the Charge and Inspire bands come in a choice of two lengths to suit your wrists.

Luxurious leather

Heading out on a rare date night with your partner at a swish restaurant, or meeting friends for a socially distanced catch-up lunch at your favorite gastropub?

Change up your watch strap to match with a leather band that shouts quality and sophistication. You may prefer to stick with classic brown or black shades, but if you’re more of a peacock you’ll probably like to try out one of the more colorful options, or even co-ordinate with your favorite outfit.

The navy blue strap for the Charge will look great with a smart suit, while the delicate teal and pink shades available for the Fitbit Inspire would go perfectly with a stylish shift dress. For extra detail, the Charge straps even offer a choice of black or rose gold buckles.

Coco Chanel famously advised that before leaving the house, you should look in the mirror and remove one accessory.

If you’ve ditched the jangly pendant or gold drop earrings, but still want to set off your outfit with something sparkly, then make your Fitbit strap work for you with a gorgeous metal link bracelet.

These women’s styles are made from high-quality metals and finished with rhinestones, and will dress up any outfit but look particularly great with an evening dress or setting off more casual partywear.

As always they come in a choice of colors – we’re quite tempted by the silver for a goes-with-everything classic, plus a rose gold or pink to match a favorite cami top.

For men, there’s a chunkier design that’s more masculine but equally stylish. Reminiscent of a prestige watch strap, the bands feature a fold-over, push-button clasp and removable links to allow you to fit them to your wrist perfectly.

Fabulous color

Sometimes a single shade just isn’t enough, and what your outfit really needs is a bold and beautiful pattern.

StrapsCo features a selection of full color designs in a range of materials for the three Fitbit models, from this pretty Peonies print on a leather Versa strap to the funky Paint Splatter silicone Charge design and many more.

They’re ideal for brightening up a simple work-at-home uniform of jeans and a top, and perfect for a pop to the shops, casual pub trip or lazy country walk at the weekend.

With a large selection of colors and patterns to choose from, this is the most personal choice, and would make a perfect present to brighten someone’s day – they’ll think of you every time they check their wrist.
