Just before Christmas, Google rolled out the first major Android Wear update, adding official custom watch faces to the smartwatch mix. Up until that point, you needed to mess around with awkward third party solutions if you wanted to break free from the 10 or so dull faces your device's manufacturer had chosen for you.
Since then, we've seen more than 1,500 Android Wear watch faces landing in Google Play, so 17 more arriving is hardly news-worthy.
However, given that Google has teamed up with a number of trendy brands for the latest batch, we thought we best give it at least a mention.
The new watch faces were announced via an official Android blog post and there's some cool looking options to choose from, from the likes of Bang & Olufsen, Cynthia Rowely, Geox, Hello Kitty, Anrealage and George Frost.
Smartwatch showdown: Apple Watch v Android Wear
With Android Wear's Watch Face API, it's now super easy to browse, download and switch watch faces. Developer submissions simply have to meet guidelines for Wear App Quality – e.g. the ambient mode of watch faces must be black and white with no animations.
